FABRICATION
UPCYCLED FABRICATION
Fabricated Objects Built From Reclaimed Materials And Historical Industrial Sources
Engineering Driven Reuse And Structural Transformation
We fabricate one of a kind objects using reclaimed industrial materials, historical components, and recovered structural elements. Each project begins with evaluation of material integrity, origin, and load behavior. Nothing is treated as decorative salvage. Every component is assessed for strength, stability, and long term performance.
Design decisions are driven by what the material allows, not imposed aesthetics. We engineer new structures around existing forms, reinforcing where needed and preserving marks of age where they carry meaning. The result is functional fabrication that carries visible history while meeting modern use requirements.
Controlled Fabrication Using Reclaimed Systems
Upcycled fabrication follows the same engineering discipline as new build work. Materials are cleaned, tested, modified, and integrated into documented assemblies. CAD modeling is used to resolve tolerances, mounting strategies, and interface points before fabrication begins.
Processes include cutting, welding, machining, reinforcement, and finish stabilization based on material condition and final use. Each piece is fabricated to perform in real environments, not as static display. The outcome is structurally sound fabrication that extends the life of industrial materials and transforms them into operational objects built to last.
