FIELD WORK

CONCEPTUAL FIELD WORK

Concept Driven Field Work That Tests Ideas At Full Scale, In Public, Under Real Conditions.

METHODOLOGY

Concept Creative work starts with an idea that must survive real space, real people, and real conditions. Each project begins as a full scale concept designed to exist physically, not as a rendering or proposal. Form, structure, material behavior, and human interaction are considered from the start. Concepts are built to be occupied, walked around, and experienced at scale. Design decisions are driven by stability, access, transport, assembly, and environmental exposure. These works are not optimized for permanence. They are built to test ideas in the field, reveal constraints, and generate insight through use.

PROCESS & CONTROL

Every installation is planned with site conditions, logistics, and risk in mind. Scale, wind load, anchoring, power, access, and audience proximity are evaluated before fabrication begins. Structures are engineered to stand safely while allowing rapid assembly and removal. Fabrication follows documented steps with clear tolerances and material limits. Installations are monitored during operation and evaluated after deployment. The outcome is not a finished product but verified knowledge. Each project produces data that informs future builds, larger commissions, and permanent work.
