CA PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR DCLA FAB
INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This California Privacy Rights notice supplements the information contained in the DCLA FAB Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

This California Privacy Rights notice supplements the information above and applies solely to visitors and users who reside in the State of California.
A. Information We Collect In the preceding 12 months, DCLA FAB may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, and phone number (collected via contact forms).
- Commercial Information: Records of services or estimates requested.
- Internet Activity: Basic server logs required for website functionality. Note: We do not use third-party tracking pixels or invasive analytics.
B. Your Rights and Choices As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect and use.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as maintaining records for active fabrication contracts).

E. “Shine the Light” Law California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
