This California Privacy Rights notice supplements the information contained in the DCLA FAB Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. A. Information We Collect In the preceding 12 months, DCLA FAB may have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Commercial Information: Records of services or estimates requested.
  • Internet Activity: Basic server logs required for website functionality. Note: We do not use third-party tracking pixels or invasive analytics.

E. “Shine the Light” Law California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including project photos, architectural renderings, and fabrication designs, is the exclusive property of DCLA FAB. Unauthorized replication is prohibited.
