ABOUT
DCLA FAB
Concept Driven. Engineer Built. Installed To Last.
WHO I AM AND WHY IT MATTERS
I am the source.
Not a broker.
Not a studio passing work downstream.
Every project starts and ends with me.
Concept, design, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation are handled as one controlled workflow. That eliminates translation errors, missed tolerances, schedule drift, and budget creep.
Clients work with one authority from first sketch to final install. Decisions stay aligned. Accountability stays intact.
My work spans multiple styles and disciplines because the process is fixed, not the aesthetic. Materials, methods, and execution adapt to the project. Standards do not.
This is not outsourced fabrication.
This is end-to-end production under one roof.
HOW THE WORK GETS DONE
Each project follows a defined sequence built for real-world conditions.
Concept
Purpose, constraints, site conditions, and use case are defined before visuals begin.
Design
Form follows function. Layouts, materials, and finishes are selected based on durability, compliance, and long-term performance.
Engineering
Structures, mounts, tolerances, and loads are resolved before fabrication starts. No guessing in the shop.
Fabrication
Metal, wood, reclaimed materials, lighting, and mixed media are built in-house. Processes are chosen for strength, serviceability, and lifespan.
Finishing
Surface treatments are selected to survive environment, handling, and time. Nothing is cosmetic only.
Installation
Projects are delivered ready to function, not staged for photos.
This process supports diverse visual styles without compromising execution.
